FRIDAY – September 13, 2024

• 8:00 AM-10:45 AM | VK/21K/Trifecta Packet Pickup in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
• 11:30 AM-6:00 PM | Rut Runt Run, 11K, 28K & 50K runner packet pick-up in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
• 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | Rut merchandise for sale in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area
• 8:30 AM-10:00 AM | VK Drop Bag drop off near check in. Drop bags will be taken to the top of Swiftcurrent lift for runners after they finish and then hike down to Swiftcurrent lift.
• 10:00 AM | VK Mass Start
• 11:00 AM | 21K Start (Wave Starts TBA)
• 12:00 – 4:30 PM | Sapphire Physical Therapy will be offering post-race massages near the race finish line for Rut runners.
• 1:00 PM | VK course closed
• 3:00 PM | VK awards ceremony in the Big Sky Base Area
• 4:00 PM | 21K awards ceremony in the Big Sky Base Area
• 4:45 PM | 21K course closed
• 5:00 PM | Join The North Face Athletes for an easy shake-out run from the North Face tent right next to the Rut start line. All are welcome!

SATURDAY – September 14, 2024

• 6:30 AM-7:45 AM | 28K Packet Pick Up in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
• 9:15 AM | Swiftcurrent lift opens to the public (must have scenic lift ticket)
• 8:00 AM | 28K Start (Wave starts TBA)
• 9:00 AM | Ramcharger lift opens to the public (must have a scenic lift ticket to ride)
• 10:00 AM | Join The North Face Athletes for an easy shake-out run from the North Face tent right next to the Rut start line.  All are welcome!

• 12:00 PM-5:00 PM | Sapphire Physical Therapy will be offering post-race massages near the race finish line for Rut runners.
• 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Come get an autograph from the North Face Trail team at the North Face tent next to the finish line.  Rut Runts welcome!
• 4:00 PM | 28K awards ceremony in Big Sky Resort Base Area
• 4:30 PM | 28K course closed
• 4:45 PM | Runts Run 1K in Big Sky Resort Base Area

SUNDAY – September 15, 2024

• 5:00 AM-5:45 AM | 50K & 11K packet pick-up in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
• 5:00 AM-5:45 AM | 50K drop bag drop off near Start / Finish Line.
• 6:00 AM | 50K Start (Wave starts TBA)
• 5:45 AM-7:15 AM | 11K packet pick-up in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area. (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
• 7:30 AM |11K Start (Wave Starts TBA)
• 8:15 AM | Swiftcurrent Lift opens to the public
• 8:15 AM | First Male 11K Finisher arrives at Finish Line in Big Sky Resort Base Area.
• 8:25 PM | First Female 11K Finisher arrives at Finish Line in Big Sky Resort Base Area.

• 11:30 AM | First Male 50K Finisher arrives at Finish Line in Big Sky Resort Base Area.

• 8:00 AM-6:45 PM | Sapphire Physical Therapy will be offering post-race massages near the race finish line for Rut runners.
• 7:00 PM | 50K course officially closed
• 6:30 PM | 50K & Trifecta Awards Ceremony @ Big Sky Resort Base Area.
• 7:30-10 PM | Rut After Party. Details coming this summer!

MONDAY – September 16, 2024

• Sleep in. Then take a trip to Yellowstone National Park, which is only an hour away.

You will see on the ‘plaza area’ map where the Lone Peak Cafe is on the second floor of the Mountain Mall building.  Many of our weekends events will be based out of this location.
