4:00 PM-7:00 PM | Packet Pickup for all distances available in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area. We opened this new Thursday window for packet pickup as our Friday packet pickup time is VERY busy. If you’re able to come on Thursday we highly recommend showing up then to take the pressure off yourselves and our Friday morning packet pickup crews. (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
4:00 PM-7:00 PM | Rut merchandise store open in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area

7:00 AM-10:00 AM | VK/21K/Trifecta Packet Pickup in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
10:45 AM-6:00 PM | Rut Runt Run, 11K, 28K & 50K runner packet pick-up in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
7:00 AM-6:00 PM | Rut merchandise for sale in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area
7:00 AM-9:00 AM | VK Drop Bag drop off near check-in. Drop bags will be taken to the VK finish line at the top of Lone Peak
10:00 AM-5:00 PM | Gondola & Ramcharger lifts open to the public (must have scenic lift ticket)
9:00 AM | VK Mass Start
10:00 AM-4:00 PM | Rut Tattoos (donations encouraged) in the Base Area. Sign up by The Mountain Project tent
10:00 AM-11:10 AM | 21K Wave Starts (There will be 8 waves each starting 10 minutes apart)
12:10 PM | First 21K finishers arriving at the base area finish line
12:00 PM | VK course closed
1:00 PM | VK awards ceremony in the Big Sky Base Area
3:00 PM | 21K awards ceremony in the Big Sky Base Area
5:00 PM | 21K course closed
5:00 PM | Shake Out Run. Join The North Face Athletes and our friends at Inclusive Outdoors Project for an easy shake-out run from the North Face tent next to the Rut start line. All are welcome

6:00 AM-8:20 AM | 28K Packet Pick Up in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)

7:20 AM-8:30 AM | 28K Wave Starts (There will be 8 waves each starting 10 minutes apart)
9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Swiftcurrent lift opens to the public (must have scenic lift ticket)
10:00 AM-5:00 PM | Ramcharger lift open to the public (must have a scenic lift ticket to ride)
10:00 AM | Join The North Face Athletes for an easy shake-out run and shoe demos from the North Face tent right next to the Rut start line. All are welcome!
12:00 PM-6:00 PM | Runt Run, 11K, & 50K Packet Pick Up in Vista Hall of The Exchange in the Big Sky Resort Base Area (Photo ID required to pick up bib)
10:20 AM | First 28K finishers arriving at the base area finish line

5:15-6:15 | Happy hour at The North Face tent in the plaza.

7:00 PM | 50K course officially closed

Sleep in! Then pack up for home, or take a trip to Yellowstone National Park, which is only an hour away.
