RUT TRAINING PLANS
Our partners at The Mountain Project Gym are offering 12-week training plans to help Rut Runners be the most prepared they can be on race day. They have developed plans specific to the Rut 11K, 28K and 50K. A reminder that Rut co-founder Mike Wolfe is the founder of The Mountain Project and is the perfect person to design plans to get you ready for the Rut!
