RUT TRAINING PLANS

Rut co-founder, Mike Wolfe, and owner of The Mountain Project gym has designed 12-week training plans specific to help Rut Runners arrive at race weekend fit and prepared. Plans are designed specifically for the Rut 11k, 21K, 28k, and 50k distances and are recommended to be paired with their online Run Conditioning supplemental strength training to keep your body resilient and injury resistant.
