Rut 50K Registration Information

Rut Runt Run Registration Information
Rut Runt Run Price breakdown:

Rut Runt Run Participants will receive:
- Special Rut Runt Run finishers award.
- Hundreds of cheering family members and friends.
- Last, but not least, Rut Runts will receive the gift of falling in love with the lifelong sport of trail running!
Rut Trifecta (50K|28K|VK) Registration Information
- $360
- The Trifecta will be capped at 75 participants (There will be no waitlist)
- Must be at least 16 years old to race in our VK, 28K, or 50K races.
Rut Trifecta Participants will receive:
- All of the above-mentioned benefits of running the VK, 28K, or 50K (Trifecta Runners will receive only one t-shirt)
- Also, Rut Trifecta Finishers will receive a special Rut Trifecta Finishers Award
- In addition to the Rut VK, 28K & 50K races, Trifecta Runners will be scored in overall Rut Trifecta accumulated time. We will have awards for the top overall top male female and non-binary finishers!
If you choose to register for multiple events:
By signing up for multiple events you will receive a slight discount on your registration. For each additional race you sign up for, you will receive a $5 discount. You will also receive the same list of benefits listed for each race above. However, you will only receive one technical t-shirt and gear bag, instead of one for each race you enter.
Rut Registration Policy
- There will be no deferrals, credits, transfers to other runners, or waitlists for any Rut race. No exceptions.
- Rut Runners who must drop out due to unforeseen circumstances may do so by June 1st and will receive a 50% refund.
- Rut Runners in some races may also move down in distance. This must be done no later than August 15th.
- For example, the 50K can move to the 28K, 21K, or 11K, but not the VK. The 28K can move to the 21K, or 11K, but not the 50K or VK. The 21K can move to the 11K, but not the 50K, 28K, or VK. The VK can move to the 11K only. The 11K cannot transfer to another event. A transfer in distance will be charged a $5 processing fee.
- Pregnancy deferral policy - If you become pregnant, or adopt a child, after registering for a Rut race and cannot participate you are able to defer your race entry for up to 2 years. To defer, you must contact the Rut Registration Director (registration@runtherut.com) no later than 30 days prior to race day.
